Le Saunier De Camargue Fleur De Sel

Our favorite finishing salt.

Hand harvested in the Camargue area of France, this salt gives off the scent of violets as it dries. Each container is sealed with a cork top and bears the signature of the plaudier (salt raker) who harvested the salt. All of our dishes are intentionally under-salted so you can finish them to your liking.
