Where do you deliver?

We currently deliver throughout Brooklyn and Manhattan. You can check our interactive delivery map to see if your address is included. Don’t see your zip code? Email us and we’ll see what we can do.

When do orders open and close?

Ordering opens Sundays at 12 PM and closes Wednesdays at 12 PM, or sooner if we sell out.

Is there an order minimum?

Yes. We have a $200 minimum per order.

Do I have to order every week?

No. You can order whenever it suits your schedule. Many customers stock their freezer and order as needed.

How much is delivery?

Delivery is a flat $20 fee. As we continue to grow and increase route density, delivery costs may decrease over time.

Can I send an order as a gift?

Yes. You can add a gift message at checkout, and the order will be delivered directly to the recipient.

When will my order arrive?

Deliveries take place on Thursdays. Our driver begins the route at 10 AM.

What if I'm not home when my order arrives?

Your order will be delivered insulated with ice packs. We recommend bringing it inside and transferring your meals to the freezer as soon as possible.

Do you offer refunds or returns?

Because our food is perishable, we’re unable to accept returns. If there’s an issue with your order or something arrives damaged, please email us within 24 hours of delivery and we’ll make it right.

How are your meals prepared?

All of our meals are cooked in small batches using high-quality, organic, and sustainably sourced ingredients, then frozen at peak freshness.

How many people do the meals serve?

Portion sizes vary by dish and are noted on each product page. All dishes are designed to serve multiple people, or be enjoyed across more than one meal.

Why frozen?

Freezing preserves flavor, texture, and nutrition when done with care. All of our meals are made with 100% fresh ingredients, which is essential for freezing food well. Many of our vegetables are sourced from local farms, our meat is slaughtered locally, and our fish is wild caught locally. Cooking and freezing at peak freshness allows us to lock in quality and deliver food that tastes exactly as intended, on your timeline.

Does the menu change?

Yes. Our menu evolves with the seasons. As ingredients come into and out of season and as the time of year changes, we adjust our offerings to reflect what you’re most likely craving, creating meals that fit naturally into your life year round.

What happens if something sells out?

We cook in small batches, and the menu reflects our available inventory for the week. Once a dish sells out, it’s gone until the next cooking cycle. If you missed something you were hoping to order, feel free to email us. We take customer feedback into account when planning future menus.

How long do the meals last?

Each dish is labeled with a best by date. We use intentionally conservative dates to ensure the food tastes exactly as intended.

Why are your best by dates shorter than other frozen foods?

Large-scale frozen foods are often dated for maximum shelf life. We date ours for quality. Our food is made without stabilizers or preservatives, so we recommend enjoying it sooner for the best flavor and texture.

How do I reheat the meals?

Each dish includes reheating instructions designed to preserve texture and flavor. We intentionally design our meals to reheat well in a pot on the stovetop or on a sheet tray in the oven, so you don’t need anything else to enjoy them.

Can I customize the meals?

Yes. Our dishes are versatile and adaptable. They’re designed to pair beautifully with seasonal ingredients and market finds, making it easier to enjoy what’s fresh while still sitting down to a satisfying meal.

Are your meals kid-friendly?

Many of our dishes are enjoyed by both adults and kids. Individual preferences and spice tolerance may vary.

Can I take the meals with me on a trip?

Yes. Our meals are designed to travel well when kept frozen or properly insulated, making them easy to bring along for weekends away, family visits, or time at a rental. Many customers like having good food on hand wherever they land.

Are your ingredients organic?

We prioritize organic and sustainably sourced ingredients whenever possible and work closely with trusted producers.

Do you use preservatives or additives?

No. Our food is made without any artificial preservatives, flavors, or stabilizers.

Are your meals gluten-free or dairy-free?

Some dishes are, and others are not. Ingredient lists are provided for each product so you can choose what works for you.

Do you use any seed oils?

No. We are 100% seed oil free. We cook exclusively with grass-fed beef tallow, grass-fed butter, extra-virgin olive oil, avocado oil, and coconut oil.

How do you handle allergens?
