Berry Compote

Our Summer Berry Compote is made with peak-season strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, and blackberries, slowly roasted with fragrant rose sweet geranium from our local farmers' market, fresh lemon juice, and real vanilla bean - nothing else. There are no added sugars, allowing the natural sweetness of perfectly ripe summer fruit to shine. By freezing it at its peak, we preserve the vibrant flavor of summer to enjoy long after the season ends. Spoon it over our waffles, swirl it into yogurt or oatmeal, spread it like a jam on toast, or use it to fill a birthday cake for a burst of bright, naturally sweet berry flavor.
