100% Grass-Fed Ground Beef, Housemade Marinara Sauce (DOP San Marzano Tomatoes, *Extra Virgin Olive Oil, *Garlic, Fresh Basil, Kosher Salt), *Carrots, *Celery, *Yellow Onions, *Extra Virgin Olive Oil, White Wine, *Garlic, Beef Tallow, * DOP Tomato Paste, Kosher Salt, Calabrian Chili, *Bay Leaf.

Instructions

- Defrost the bolognese sauce in the fridge 24 hours prior to using.
- Transfer the desired amount of sauce from the pouch to a pot or skillet.
- Heat over medium heat until it reaches a gentle simmer.
- Meanwhile, cook pasta in well-salted water until al dente. Transfer the pasta directly into the hot sauce.
- Toss to combine, adding a tablespoon or two of pasta cooking water as needed to bring the sauce together.
- Taste for salt and serve hot.
- Once defrosted, keep refrigerated and enjoy within 3-4 days.
