Beef & Bean Chili

$26 Per Serving, $52.00

Grass-fed beef cooked low & slow in our homemade chili paste and chicken bone broth, coupled with Rancho Gordo’s Midnight Heirloom Black Beans simmered with flowering cilantro stems. This rich, balanced, and flavorful chili is deeply comforting. Perfect for busy weeks, cold nights, or dinner parties.

Chef’s Tip: For an easy dinner, use this chili as a filling for stuffed peppers, chili enchiladas, or nachos. For a delicious breakfast, warm in a wide pan, crack eggs directly into the chili and cook gently until the whites are just set. Serve alongside rice or toasted bread.
