Grass-Grazed Dairy
From Kriemhild Dairy, where cows graze freely on open pasture. The grassy sweetness comes through in every bite, is richer in calcium, and easier on digestion.
Single-Origin Spices
Whole spices from Burlap & Barrel, toasted and ground in-house before every use to preserve their essential oils for deeper flavor and anti-inflammatory benefits.
Organic Chicken
Local, whole birds received freshly slaughtered and broken down in-house. No antibiotics, no hormones, just complete protein for muscle repair and growth.
Housemade Bone Broth
Simmered from our organic chicken bones and feet, rich in collagen and amino acids that reduce inflammation, and support your gut.
Stone Ground Flour
Regenerative & Organic Certified, Farmer Ground's flour is stone-milled by small Adirondack farms, keeping the whole grain intact for more fiber.
Grass-Fed Beef

All of our meals are warmed on a sheet pan or in a pot.
Some dishes don’t need to be defrosted can go straight from freezer to oven and are ready in less than 20 minutes.
